Terms of Service

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.

The Service is intended for professional and business use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, for the accuracy of your account information, and for activity under your account. Organization administrators can invite and remove members of their organization.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
• access accounts, repositories, files or systems you are not authorized to use, or probe, scan or attack the Service or other systems;
• distribute malware, spam or deceptive content, or send unsolicited messages;
• interfere with the Service, circumvent its limits or security, or overload the hosted infrastructure (including cryptocurrency mining in cloud workspaces);
• violate the usage policies of the AI providers or services you connect.

AI agents act on your instructions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving what they do with your code, files and connected accounts.

You keep all rights to your prompts, code, files and other content. You grant Blunova only the rights needed to host, process and transmit that content to operate the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of what you or the agent produce.

You can connect your own accounts, such as Google Drive, Gmail and GitHub. A connector acts with the permissions you grant on the provider's consent screen and only for the features you use; you can disconnect it at any time. Data from Google is handled as described in Google user data.

Orutta works with AI providers such as Claude, Codex, Cursor and others using your own accounts, subscriptions or API keys. Your use of each provider is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy, and you are responsible for any fees it charges. Blunova is not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their output.

Orutta is open source under the MIT license, and the Service includes third-party open-source components. Those components are licensed under their own terms, which govern your use of them where they conflict with these terms. The source is available on GitHub.

We do not currently charge for the Service. If we introduce fees or paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and paid features will not be charged without your agreement.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe; review it before relying on it. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost, so keep your own backups.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blunova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You can stop using the Service and disconnect your connectors at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users, and we will notify you where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and give notice of material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blunova is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
